If you are not a ProService customer, you cannot use the app!With this app we offer our customers another option to report damage quickly and easily.
The damage can be recorded directly on site using this app and enriched with photos.
The data then flows directly into our service portal and is further processed there.
The recording of the damage and the report to us, and subsequently to the insurer, can be triggered in one step directly via this app.
